Small to medium businesses struggle to diversify workforce
Small to medium businesses are struggling to strike a gender-balanced workforce, new research has shown, with over 50 per cent of gender-imbalanced firms admitting they are striving for progress.

The Adecco Group’s survey of over 3,000 Australian employers and employees found that while the nation’s gender imbalance is most severe in large multinational organisations, small to medium businesses are a close second, with over half of respondents in this category saying their workforce is less than 40 per cent female.
