PM says financial hardship will be reflected in rental waiver
A mandatory code for commercial landlords and tenants is currently being developed, but has yet to reach a point where it will ensure sufficient security for both parties, the PM said.

Addressing the country on Friday, Prime Minister Scott Morrison said that the anticipated industry code of practice for commercial tenants, designed to address particularly the small and medium-sized tenancies, has not yet been finalised.
