Malcolm Turnbull has released the new National Innovation & Science Agenda, a mix of funding and reforms targeting four main areas: talent and skills, culture, start-ups and capital, collaboration and commercialisation, and government as an exemplar. These were the four areas discussed at the Prime Minister’s Round Table on Innovation which I attended back in October.
