‘Make unfair contract terms illegal now’, Kate Carnell demands
The small business ombudsman has applauded the ACCC’s call to the government to make unfair contract terms between big and small business illegal and subject to harsh penalties.
Speaking before the National Press Club, ACCC chairman Rod Sims asked the government to level the playing field by making it illegal for a big business to impose unfair contract terms on a small business.
