‘If you’ve got an issue, talk to us’, ATO tells Melburnian businesses
The ATO is taking calls from Victorian businesses in need of additional support as a result of the lockdowns, which were recently reinstated for an initial period of six weeks to curb the resurgence of the coronavirus in that state.
Speaking exclusively on the MyBusiness webcast, ATO assistant commissioner for small business Andrew Watson explained that the Tax Office is very understanding of the difficult situation the lockdowns have inflicted on businesses in Victoria.
