Half of businesses see skills shortage

Half of businesses say it’s more challenging to find skilled professionals than before the pandemic, due to competition for talent, restrictions on migration and demand for digital skills.

NSW government announces $100m skills package

According to research conducted by recruitment firm Robert Half, which surveyed 300 hiring managers, 47 per cent believe the pandemic has increased the skills shortage in Australia.
