Qld businesses to get ready for more grants

A total of $100,000 is available through the Regional Network Grants program.

Minister for Employment Small Business Di Farmer said Queensland Small Business Month 2023 will bring even more events and activities to celebrate the amazing contributions small businesses make every day, in their communities and to our economy.

“We love our small businesses and that’s why this year we are promoting a ‘Love your Local’ campaign to highlight the wonderful work local businesses do in their communities,” she said.

The Regional Networker Grant aims to ensure more Queensland small businesses are supported in building strong networks relevant to their local industry, community and region.

“Many small business associations, including chambers as well as local councils, in regional Queensland need support to build networks and develop solutions to local business concerns,” said Ms Farmer

“The Regional Networker Grants will help these associations to bring to life events across Queensland’s regions that will allow the local small businesses to connect with each other as well as the associations representing them.”
