Government announces $2k payment to help jobseekers with relocation
The federal government has announced a new $2,000 upfront payment to assist jobseekers with the costs of relocating to take up ongoing work.

Under the Relocation Assistance to Take Up a Job program, up to $9,000 is currently provided in support to encourage eligible jobseekers to take up ongoing work in a new location.
