The free program, delivered by Transitioning Well, focuses on providing hands-on guidance to help small-business owners make changes in their workplace.

Business leaders can work with individual coaches to help them with things like how to address specific mental health at work topics, how to create a mentally healthy workplace, where to get tools and resources and referrals to other support programs and services.

To be eligible for the program businesses have to have between 1 and 200 employees or be a not-for-profit of any size.

The coaching is delivered in a way that suits individual businesses and up to four hours of coaching appointments can be delivered online or over the phone at a time that suits individual businesses, six days a week from 8am to 6pm.

The specially trained coaches will work with business owners on any topic or issue that can impact mental health in their workplace, by creating practical solutions that are tailored to their needs including strategies to manage work-related issues including bullying, stress or change, how to act early, communicate effectively and reduce mental health stigma, flexibility, role clarity and setting expectations that can improve workplace culture, and how to lead change and involve others.

For more information go to contact us form and Transitioning Well will return to the business within two working days.

To register go to Register and one of the coaches will be in contact at a time that suits the business.
