The Business Connect program was started in 2017 and aims to provide small-business advice, events and resources to help them start, run, adapt and grow their operations.

So far more than 44,000 small businesses have accessed the program.

The NSW Small Business Minister, Eleni Petinos, said the program is unique in that it provides personalised and tailored support to individual small businesses on matters ranging from marketing, social media, business planning, sales strategies and adopting digital tools.

A further 10 service providers have been added to the program following a call-out for suppliers in November 2021.

These 10 providers will deliver support through to June 2025 and include:

  • Central NSW Business HQ
  • Southern Region Business Enterprise Centre
  • Western Sydney Business Centre
  • Epiphany Group
