ATO unveils new communications preferences function

Tax and BAS agents will now have the ability to decide what client communication comes to them and what goes to their client’s myGov inbox as the ATO rolls out a long-awaited new function.

As part of the ATO’s recent quarterly update, agents will now have access to the new communications preferences function in Online services for agents, close to a year after the ATO started beta testing with 4,000 agents.
