Ageism harming workplaces, not just individuals
Generational age groupings, and the collective misconceptions attached to them, are not only restricting job opportunities for individuals but run the risk of stifling business productivity and economic growth.

That was one of the messages to come from an event in Sydney on Friday (18 October) by the Committee for Economic Development of Australia (CEDA), which examined the need to rethink how age is viewed in the workplace.
